Account Manager

Role overview

As an Account Manager at Eleos Health, you will manage and grow relationships with existing customers as the team scales a digital health SaaS platform. The role blends account management with consultative sales to drive revenue growth and improve retention.

Key missions

• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, deliver improvements, and support customer retention.
• Identify and sell new products/modules/features aligned to customer needs.

Requirements

• Relationship-first, growth-minded with comfort leading strategic conversations with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments; strong ownership and motivation across customer success and business impact.
• Experience managing accounts in channel partnerships or group purchasing agreements (multi-party commercial structures).
• Ability to manage a pipeline and forecast expansion revenue.
• Proven track record of expanding revenue within an existing customer base.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Comfortable analyzing usage data and outcomes to shape expansion/retention strategy.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC, Gong) for accounts, pipelines, and forecasting.
• 5+ years in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital health / health tech / healthcare SaaS.
• Familiarity with healthcare verticals, workflows, and/or regulated environments.
