About the role

Role Overview

Account Manager (Remote) for Creator Origin, overseeing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring influencer marketing campaigns are executed successfully from kickoff through final reporting. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and collaborate with the leadership team and internal teams to deliver strategic creator programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
Lead influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
Coordinate internal teams (Creator Partnerships and Leadership) to ensure smooth delivery
Build campaign timelines, project plans, and client status updates
Manage client communications (presentations, reporting, meeting recaps, and recommendations)
Review campaign performance, interpret analytics, and provide actionable insights
Monitor budgets, creator deliverables, approvals, and milestones
Identify expansion opportunities (additional services, new initiatives, always-on programs)
Partner with leadership to improve internal processes and overall client experience

Requirements

1–2+ years in account management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, social media, or a related client-facing role
Experience managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team
Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management platforms such as Monday.com
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or equivalent (preferred)
