Account Manager (Corporate)

Role Overview

Join AlphaSense as an Account Manager (Corporate). You’ll be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, building relationships with key stakeholders and partnering with Account Executives to uncover new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retention across your corporate book of business.
• Drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions to increase customer value.
• Identify revenue at risk and collaborate with Account Executives on mitigation and growth.
• Cultivate relationships with users and stakeholders to position AlphaSense as a trusted business partner.
• Provide feedback from the field to support product development.

Requirements

• Strong experience in relationship management and internal/external stakeholder engagement.
• Proven success managing and growing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) across audiences from analysts to C-level.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of SaaS client engagement best practices.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and deliver results with strong work ethic.
