About the role

Role Overview

Full-time remote Account Manager overseeing client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for agencies involved in court and child welfare needs.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction
Act as the primary contact for agency inquiries (e.g., criminal court, child welfare, district attorneys, tribal courts, juvenile probation)
Coordinate services and support client needs
Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth
Identify and pursue upsell opportunities
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings
Prepare periodic reports and client updates

Requirements

Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
Ability to analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with account management tools/software, specifically Salesforce
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred, not required)
