About the role

Role Overview

Full-time remote Account Manager overseeing client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for agencies involved in court and child welfare needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Act as the primary contact for agency inquiries (e.g., criminal court, child welfare, district attorneys, tribal courts, juvenile probation)
  • Coordinate services and support client needs
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings
  • Prepare periodic reports and client updates

Requirements

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with account management tools/software, specifically Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred, not required)

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in online education or emotional health services
