About the role
Role Overview
Join Higharc as Account Executive (Strategic Accounts) / Key Account Director to lead Higharc’s launch into a new Enterprise market segment within homebuilding. You’ll own the full lifecycle of sales and account management, building executive-level relationships and coordinating internal teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from first engagement through close.
- Own end-to-end strategy for multi-million dollar deals: planning, negotiation, and execution.
- Build and manage VP and C-level relationships across Construction, Operations, IT, Architecture, and Executive Leadership.
- Generate net-new enterprise opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions.
- Drive enterprise expansion strategy post-close.
Requirements
- 10+ years of homebuilding industry experience.
- Track record of success leading 7+ figure deal cycles from introduction through close and beyond.
- Deep understanding of builder economics and organizational dynamics.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build senior stakeholder buy-in.
- Professional literacy in Salesforce, AI agents, and Google Suite.
- Highly consultative selling approach with discipline for long-cycle deals.
Nice to Have
- Former homebuilding executive or homebuilding consultant experience.
