About the role

Role overview

Account Executive responsible for the Spanish market (HR SaaS / recruitment software). You own a complete, end-to-end sales pipeline—building it from target identification through closing deals—and report directly to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & prospect recruitment and consulting firms using LinkedIn and the CRM
  • Generate leads via cold calling (Aircall), social selling, and HR/Recruitment trade shows
  • Use the provided lead lists and continuously enrich your database
  • Run the full sales cycle (prospecting → qualification → demos → objections → closing)
  • Qualify prospects on a 360° basis: budget, decision-makers, current tools, and pain points
  • Deliver personalized demos and present follow-ups including summary + pricing proposal
  • Manage POC/test environments, define success criteria, support during trial, and close
  • CRM & reporting: maintain pipeline/forecast, call notes, and account profiles in real time
  • Feed product insights by flagging frequently requested features
  • Contribute to internal process and product improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven full-cycle experience (prospecting to closing)
  • Comfortable selling a technical/complex product
  • Native Spanish speaker; fluent in French or English
  • Ownership mindset, results-driven, rigorous and autonomous
  • Able to handle a high demo volume while managing the end-to-end cycle

  • Interest in the HR/Recruitment space

Key metrics (indicative)

  • 10–15 demos/week
  • 5–8 follow-up meetings/week
  • Sales cycle: 2 weeks to 6 months (depending on firm size)
