About the role
Role overview
Account Executive responsible for the Spanish market (HR SaaS / recruitment software). You own a complete, end-to-end sales pipeline—building it from target identification through closing deals—and report directly to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify & prospect recruitment and consulting firms using LinkedIn and the CRM
- Generate leads via cold calling (Aircall), social selling, and HR/Recruitment trade shows
- Use the provided lead lists and continuously enrich your database
- Run the full sales cycle (prospecting → qualification → demos → objections → closing)
- Qualify prospects on a 360° basis: budget, decision-makers, current tools, and pain points
- Deliver personalized demos and present follow-ups including summary + pricing proposal
- Manage POC/test environments, define success criteria, support during trial, and close
- CRM & reporting: maintain pipeline/forecast, call notes, and account profiles in real time
- Feed product insights by flagging frequently requested features
- Contribute to internal process and product improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven full-cycle experience (prospecting to closing)
- Comfortable selling a technical/complex product
- Native Spanish speaker; fluent in French or English
- Ownership mindset, results-driven, rigorous and autonomous
- Able to handle a high demo volume while managing the end-to-end cycle

Key metrics (indicative)
- 10–15 demos/week
- 5–8 follow-up meetings/week
- Sales cycle: 2 weeks to 6 months (depending on firm size)
