About the role
Role Overview
Account Executive (Remote - North America) at CoderPad (CodinGame). You’ll drive outbound sales efforts, engage Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders, and grow pipeline and revenue in your assigned target accounts.
Responsibilities
- Break into key target accounts using outbound prospecting and align CoderPad’s value proposition to prospect goals.
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Use a trusted advisor / consultant approach with prospects.
- Achieve pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets using a value-based selling approach.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Hunter mindset and strong outbound capabilities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience engaging Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts with Marketing and Customer Success to discover opportunities.
