About the role

Role: Account Executive

As an Account Executive at RemoFirst, you’ll prospect, demo, and close new business for the company’s global HR platform. You’ll work with existing and prospective customers, and drive outbound activity alongside SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads.

What you’ll do

Drive new business and execute outbound prospecting activity
Use a thoughtful approach to target account selection and positioning
Coordinate with SDR and marketing teams to refine the target account profile
Deliver consultative demos and explain RemoFirst’s value to prospects
Close accounts with a focus on high deal velocity
Track and report sales progress using the company CRM
Contribute feedback to improve the sales process, including the sales tech stack

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in high-volume selling
Consultative selling experience
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and overachieving KPIs
Experience working in a fully remote environment
Comfortable selling with evolving/available tools (sales tech stack is still being implemented)

Nice to have

Experience selling HR or FinTech software
EOR (Employer of Record) experience
