Account Executive

Role: Account Executive (EMEA)

You’ll join Mitti’s award-winning EMEA sales team and help organizations across industries adopt Mitti’s solutions for safer, more confident frontline work.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Understand customer challenges and build trusted relationships.
• Position Mitti as a solution that improves how customer teams operate.
• Deliver compelling demos.
• Handle complex negotiations and close deals.
• Keep deals moving by thinking in pipelines and staying invested in outcomes after signing.

Requirements

• Proven experience carrying a quota and hitting sales targets.
• Consultative, customer-focused approach (leads with curiosity, asks the right questions).
• Ability to guide deals forward without being overly pushy.
• Strong relationship-building skills and natural trust-building.
• Pipeline management mindset.
• Sales experience in any industry is acceptable (focus is on how you sell, not where).

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise or complex B2B selling involving discovery-to-close motions.

• Based in Manchester.
