Role Overview

Attentive is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join its core Mid Market sales organization. You will identify, engage, and close new business while selling multiple products and contributing to company-wide initiatives.

What You’ll Accomplish

Build Attentive’s Mid-Market client base and own new business sales across SMS, Email, and AI
Target prospective customers at the C-suite and VP/Director levels (including Marketing contacts)
Develop champions using tools like Business Cases and Mutual Action Plans
Prepare, present, and close new business via virtual and in-person meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Solutions Associates, and Customer Success

Your Expertise

2–3+ years experience as an Account Executive
Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or a startup environment (preferred)
Ability to run a strong outbound motion and self-source ~1/3 of your pipeline via proactive prospecting and networking
Demonstrated history of consistently meeting/exceeding quota (with references)
Experience managing the sales cycle in Salesforce.com or another CRM
Persistent, high-performance mindset; adaptable and hard-working
Excited to sell within a multi-product sales organization

Compensation (US)

$80,000–$90,000 base salary annually + commission + equity + benefits
