Account Executive

Role Overview

Garage is hiring an Account Executive to own the end-to-end sales cycle and help expand the marketplace by landing high-impact new customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from sourcing and discovery to closing
• Identify and close new logos that drive marketplace growth
• Engage with customers in person to understand needs and deliver impact
• Understand customer challenges and uncover opportunities to solve them
• Partner with the sales leader to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, closing-focused role
• Demonstrated ability to generate net-new business and close high-impact opportunities
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving measurable growth
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate value propositions
• Ability to move fast with an ownership mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
• Resilience and tenacity in uncovering and winning new business opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $175K - $225K
