Account Executive Enterprise DACH

Role: Account Executive, Enterprise (DACH)

Own and grow a geographic sales territory in the DACH region, focusing on Enterprise (ENT) customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a country/region within EMEA (DACH), with target accounts and an existing book of business (companies with 3,000+ employees)
• Hunt for new Enterprise business opportunities: build sales pipeline and drive growth
• Upsell and expand existing accounts; leverage Extended Access Management / Identity
• Uncover customer pain points beyond initial requirements and translate them into value-based selling
• Manage pipeline rigorously: prospecting, forecasting, and pacing to meet quotas and KPIs
• Upsell and cross-sell both to new customers and within the existing customer base
• Communicate and present cybersecurity value to C-suite stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Preferably security-focused with Enterprise accounts, or top performance in MidMarket/Commercial with readiness to step up
• Demonstrated success owning and growing a territory/country in DACH
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
• Strong prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management
• Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, especially Identity and Access Management
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

• Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
