Account Executive

Role Overview

Join Coverflex as an Account Executive (Spain) (full remote) where you’ll drive new business, close deals, and help customers modernize their employee rewards and retention strategies.

Key Missions

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across Finance, HR, and C-level stakeholders.
• Generate new business and accelerate Coverflex’s presence in the Spanish market by closing agreements and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Become a product expert in Coverflex’s benefits and insurance offerings and lead full-cycle sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle (discovery to close).
• Run sales processes in collaboration with the AE team, BDR team, and stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
• Use sales metrics and CRM to drive pipeline performance and deal progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles (discovery to close).
• Comfortable using sales frameworks such as SPICED or MEDDPICC.
• Strong B2B sales track record in SMB and Mid-Market, ideally in tech/startups.
• Ability to engage HR and Finance stakeholders and sell to multiple decision-makers.
• Strong CRM and sales metrics usage, especially HubSpot.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the HR / benefits space.
• Existing network in HR, finance, or tech.
• Experience selling regulated or multi-product solutions.
