Account Executive ($50K-$60K BASE, ~$100K COMMISSION)

Role Overview

Unishippers is hiring an Account Executive for a 100% remote inside B2B sales role. You’ll be responsible for driving new business growth by prospecting small-size companies across the U.S., with an aggressive compensation plan that includes uncapped residual commission.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, prospect, and qualify small-size companies across the U.S. (no territory limitations)
• Perform cold calling and outreach
• Consult and educate customers to simplify shipping solutions
• Deliver solution presentations to business owners/executives with frequent shipping volume
• Lead the proposal process end-to-end (coordinate/develop/manage)
• Close deals, activate, and train decision-makers on the shipping platform
• Provide solution selling using cost-benefit analysis

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50K–$60K (with performance-based increases)
