Role Overview

Accela Developer at Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) — remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop sustainable, maintainable, reliable software.
• Participate actively in a team-based Scrum development environment.
• Perform unit testing of developed software prior to QA testing.
• Fix defects found during unit testing, QA testing, or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze and understand business user requirements, clarifying ambiguities, conflicts, and inconsistencies to model business processes in software.
• Develop and implement enterprise-level software components and services to reduce overall solution development costs.
• Document software designs, application support requirements, and application configuration information as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience configuring Accela and basic scripting.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Eligibility for performance-based bonus/incentive plan.
