Role Overview

ABM & Field Marketing Manager (North America Strategic Accounts) at ChargePoint, responsible for designing and executing high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) programs that drive pipeline growth and support key deal closures.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute impactful ABM programs to accelerate pipeline growth.
• Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, align priorities, and develop account engagement strategies.
• Analyze account engagement and campaign performance to measure contribution to pipeline and continuously optimize results.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in ABM, field marketing, demand generation, or enterprise marketing.
• Experience planning and running executive-level field programs, including:
  • dinners, roundtables, regional events
  • roadshows and other high-touch customer experiences
• Strong understanding of:
  • enterprise buying committees and buyer personas
  • complex sales cycles
  • account-based selling motions
• Proven experience building ABM programs for enterprise/strategic accounts.
• Data-driven analytical skills to evaluate performance, derive insights, and optimize programs.
• Strong writing, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for account research, personalization, messaging, campaign creation, and content development.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
