Role overview

Scrum Master (Advanced) for remote teams in software development, focused on facilitating Scrum and enabling continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and team-level PI planning
• Foster a safe environment of trust and transparency to build high-performing teams
• Maintain healthy backlogs, clear priorities, and well-understood work
• Remove impediments/roadblocks that affect delivery
• Advocate for continuous improvement using metrics and data-driven insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Scrum Master Certification
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills; ability to foster collaboration
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) and how to apply them
• Experience with Agile project management tools and software development methodologies
• Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment
