Role

Join a long-term AI data labeling project transforming video content into high-quality training data for advanced AI systems. You will create and verify annotations for video captions, timelines, actions, and AI-generated outputs.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Write concise 1–2 sentence summaries of video action sequences in simple, objective English following strict annotation guidelines.
• Segment video timelines into discrete, action-based sections (minimum 2–3 segments per task) with no gaps or overlaps.
• Create action labels in simple present tense, describing only actions directly and visually verifiable.
• Review and edit AI-generated captions for accuracy, consistency, and guideline compliance.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies or inaccuracies in automatically generated annotations.
• Maintain high annotation quality (target 85–90%+ benchmark accuracy).
• Complete workflows efficiently (productivity benchmark: ~4 minutes per minute of video).
• Use keyboard shortcuts and established workflow tools; run required background screen-recording software.
• Follow all project procedures, quality standards, and certification requirements; maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to spot subtle visual differences/inconsistencies.
• Must be able to describe only what is visibly observable, without assumptions or inferred information.
• Strong written English; clear, simple, consistent action descriptions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines precisely and apply them consistently at scale.
• Accuracy and quality orientation; sustain 85–90%+ performance.
• Productivity discipline: complete a 1-minute video annotation workflow in about 4 minutes.
• Comfortable learning and using keyboard shortcuts and structured digital workflows.
• Ability to run background screen-recording software while working.
• Independent work style in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Willing to complete onboarding/certification: ~3 hours, including practice and passing 5 certification tasks within a 4-minute-per-video time limit.
