21GRAMS- Delivery Manager

Role overview

Real Chemistry (21GRAMS’ in-house production company, ROOM42) is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate the delivery of digital products and technical solutions across development teams. This hybrid role is for an emerging leader with a strong technical foundation, project management experience, and excellent client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical project delivery for digital initiatives including:
  • Websites, web applications, mobile apps
  • Landing pages, email campaigns
  • Interactive modules, banners, motion graphics
  • UI/UX design deliverables
• Coordinate end-to-end production workflows from requirements → development → QA → deployment, ensuring smooth handoffs between creative, UX, development, and QA.
• Manage timelines for 10–20 concurrent projects, tracking progress, identifying blockers, and ensuring delivery meets deadline, budget, and specification.
• Translate creative briefs/design concepts into actionable technical tasks, resource needs, and realistic timelines with development leads.
• Maintain project documentation (technical requirements, specs, test plans, deployment procedures).

Client & stakeholder communication

• Lead and participate in client meetings on status, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and proactive communication on progress, risks, and resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal creative teams, account managers, and external clients.
• Communicate technical constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track and report progress, risks, and key metrics using tools such as Jira, Workfront, and Asana.

Team collaboration & Agile practices

• Partner with developers, QA engineers, designers, UX architects, and vendors to drive execution.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and team syncs.
• Remove impediments and maintain delivery momentum.
• Coordinate with offshore/nearshore teams, managing time zones and ensuring clear documentation.
• Follow and help maintain Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and adapt processes to client/project needs.

Requirements / qualifications

• Solid technical foundation suitable for coordinating delivery of web and digital products.
• Project management experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects.
• Strong client service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, and/or Asana.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience coordinating delivery across creative, UX, development, and QA teams.
• Experience working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams.
• Demonstrated leadership growth in a fast-paced agency environment.
