Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer position focused on training cutting-edge AI models to better understand design principles, visual hierarchy, and user experience. You'll evaluate AI-generated design outputs and provide expert feedback to improve model performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI model outputs
- Provide detailed feedback on aesthetic quality and usability
- Help train AI models to better understand design principles, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design
- Contribute to design-specific projects including UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation
Qualifications
- Required: Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Required: Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Required: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Required: Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Preferred: Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
