Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer position to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You'll evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide insights that shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers
Qualifications
- Required: Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Required: Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Required: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Required: Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Preferred: Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
- Required: Located in the United States

- Compensation: General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design-focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
