Web Developer/Designer

Role Overview

Web Developer/Designer position focused on training AI models to better understand design principles, UI/UX, and visual aesthetics. You'll assess and enhance how AI systems generate and evaluate design work, providing detailed feedback to refine the model's understanding of design quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Provide detailed feedback on design outputs and AI-generated work

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Located in the United States

Nice-to-Haves

• Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree

Compensation

• General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
• Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
