Role Overview
As a Web Developer/Designer, you'll help train and improve AI models by assessing how well they understand design work—including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. You'll evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback on design outputs to improve AI model behavior
Requirements
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent grammar, style, and brand voice skills
- Located in the United States

Compensation
- General AI training projects: $20+/hour USD
- Design-focused projects: $40+/hour USD
- Bonuses available for exceptional work
