Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models by evaluating how AI systems understand and generate design work. You'll assess AI outputs for design, interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, providing detailed feedback to refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Assess AI's understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Qualifications
- Required: Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Required: Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Required: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Required: Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Preferred: Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
Work Details
- Schedule: Work on your own schedule, choose which projects to work on
- Access: General AI training projects plus design-specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation
- Compensation: General AI training projects start at $20+/hr; design-focused projects start at $40+/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment: Via PayPal (handles USD currency conversions)
- Note: Only US applicants considered; independent contract position
