Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models by assessing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You'll evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality and performance of AI model outputs for correctness
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Assess AI understanding of visual principles, interfaces, layouts, and user experiences
Qualifications
- Required: Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Required: Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Required: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Required: Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed)
Work Details
- Type: Full-time or part-time remote position
- Schedule: Work on your own schedule
- Project Selection: Choose which projects you want to work on
- Compensation: General AI training projects start at $20+/hr; design-focused projects start at $40+/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
