Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models by assessing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You'll leverage your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback on AI design outputs
Qualifications
- Required: Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Required: Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Required: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Required: Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Preferred: Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
