About the role

Overview

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with Design Systems experience to join our technology team. You will combine design sensitivity with strategic vision to create memorable digital experiences, working directly with product, business, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-centered digital experiences and interactive prototypes in Figma
Create high-fidelity, accessible, scalable interfaces aligned with brand identity
Build and maintain the Design System: create/modify components and document patterns
Identify and document reusable components and usage patterns
Participate in ideation, definition, and validation sessions with product, development, and research teams
Support user research activities: interviews, user testing, usability tests, product benchmarking
Review launched experiences to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Provide critical feedback on tone, clarity, accessibility, and microcopy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education (HND, etc.) in digital design, product, front-end development, or communications
3-4+ years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or related roles
Advanced/expert proficiency in Figma
Knowledge of Design Systems: component creation/modification and documentation skills
Advanced English level
Strong initiative, curiosity, analytical ability, empathy, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Active experience contributing to Design Systems
UX Writing knowledge or editorial sensitivity
Research experience or motivation to participate in user validation processes
Curiosity about accessibility, inclusive design, and product metrics
