About the role
Role Overview
As a UX Researcher, you'll help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by evaluating how they understand and generate design work. You'll use your design expertise to assess AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback to shape how AI tools support designers

Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Located in the United States
Nice-to-Have
- Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
Process
Designers apply through the general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Once approved, you'll access general AI training projects and be invited to design-specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation.
