Role Overview
We are looking for a UX Researcher to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand design work—including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback to help refine the model's sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality
Key Details
- Project Types: Access to general AI training projects and design-specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation
- Flexibility: Choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule
- Compensation: General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design-focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
- Location & Setup: Full-time or part-time remote position (United States only)
- Payment Method: PayPal (USD-based)
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed) preferred but not required
Application Process
Designers should apply through the general core assessment and then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Once approved, you'll have access to both general AI training and design-specific projects.
