Role Overview
UX Researcher to help train and improve AI models' understanding of design work, interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. You'll evaluate AI outputs and provide detailed feedback to refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback to shape how AI tools support designers
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- U.S. resident (only applicants in the United States considered)
Nice-to-Haves
- Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
Project Types
- General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
- Bonuses available for exceptional work
