Role Overview
UX Researcher focused on training and improving AI models' understanding of design work. You'll evaluate AI-generated designs and help refine how AI systems understand aesthetics, usability, and creative quality in UI/UX contexts.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals

Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Located in the United States

- Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
Work Details
- Flexibility: Choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule
- Payment: General AI training projects start at $20+/hr; design-focused projects start at $40+/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
