Role Overview
UX Researcher to help train and improve AI models by assessing how they understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You'll evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback on design principles, visual hierarchy, and interaction design
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Located in the United States

- Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
Work Details

- Payment: General AI training projects start at $20+/hour USD; design-focused projects start at $40+/hour USD, with bonuses for exceptional work
