About the role

Role Overview

Join a SaaS startup as a UI/UX Designer to transform complex business specifications into fluid, modern software experiences. You'll own the Design System, interface design, and product support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, enrich, and document the Design System in Figma, ensuring visual and ergonomic consistency across all interfaces
Translate dense business specifications and management rules into simple, intuitive interfaces
Deliver high-fidelity mockups and design documentation
Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine User Stories and ensure design aligns with functional specifications
Support the development team's pace and methodology

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years designing complex SaaS interfaces (B2B, Fintech, or ERP)
Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Figma with emphasis on structured, reusable components
Mindset: Passionate about visual execution and ergonomics; prefer hands-on interface refinement over theoretical research
Pragmatism: Able to adapt to established product methodologies and support the development team's rhythm

Nice-to-Haves

Background in complex SaaS or enterprise software design
Understanding of early childhood education industry context
