About the role

Overview

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals to help train cutting-edge AI models. You'll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback on design outputs

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice

Nice-to-Haves

Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree

Full-time or part-time remote position

Payment via PayPal in USD

Compensation

General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses available for exceptional work
