UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how they understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You'll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Assess and enhance AI systems' understanding of interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences

Qualifications

• Required: Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Required: Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Required: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Required: Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Preferred: Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree

Project Types

• General AI training projects (various topics)
• Design-specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation
