Role Overview

Assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. Use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback to shape how AI tools support designers

Key Features

Flexibility: Choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule
Project Access: After core assessment and design qualification approval, gain access to both general AI training projects and design-specific projects
Design-Specific Projects: UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Located in the United States

Nice-to-Haves

Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree

Compensation

General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
