Role Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand design work, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. You'll leverage your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback on design outputs
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Located in the United States
Nice-to-Have
- Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
Work Arrangement
- Full-time or part-time remote position
- Choose which projects you want to work on
- Work on your own schedule
- Access to general AI training projects ($20+/hr) and design-specific projects ($40+/hr), with bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal with USD-based compensation
