UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

UI/UX Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You'll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model's sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Assess how AI systems understand and generate interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences

Qualifications

• Required: Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Required: Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Required: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Required: Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Preferred: Current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree

Work Details

• Full-time or part-time remote position

• Payment: Via PayPal (USD)

Compensation

• General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
• Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
• Bonuses available for exceptional work
