UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You'll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs and help refine the model's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Provide detailed feedback on design work to shape how AI tools support designers

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed) preferred but not required

Work Arrangement

• Full-time or part-time remote position
• Choose which projects to work on
• Work on your own schedule
• Independent contractor position

Compensation

• General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
• Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
• Bonuses available for exceptional work
