TPC Freelance - Tech Recruiter & Account Manager - H/F [Full Remote Possible]

Role Overview

Join The Product Crew as a Tech/Product Recruiter & Account Manager. You'll drive the success of freelance recruitment missions from understanding client needs through talent selection and client support. You'll collaborate closely with French startups and scale-ups while contributing to building new offerings and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Leadership: Manage full recruitment cycle from brief to closing; define and challenge client criteria; build search strategy and source top profiles
• Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of startup/scale-up clients; challenge their needs; provide product/tech insights and advisory
• Talent Nurturing: Build and maintain the TPC talent community; identify relevant career opportunities; create exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Solid experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Proven track record recruiting for Tech/AI freelance roles in startups, scale-ups, or SMEs
• Performance-driven with focus on impact and results
• Strong execution skills: organization, rigor, autonomy, time management
• Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening and understanding of complex challenges
• Action-oriented mindset with preference for execution over theory
• Strong communication and continuous improvement orientation
• Deep understanding of startup/tech ecosystem and its culture
• Expertise in Product/Tech domains or willingness to become expert quickly
