Role Overview
Join NTT DATA as a Telephony Engineer supporting telephony systems for a healthcare account in Leicester. You will provide operational support, manage incidents, and implement telephony services while working closely with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Business-as-Usual (BAU) operational support across customer telephony infrastructure
- Conduct health checks and generate reports on telephony systems
- Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes in line with ITIL best practices
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained
- Deliver project-related tasks including installation of new telephone equipment
- Create telephone diagrams and technical documentation
Required Skills
- Strong technical telephony knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure in a support environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Experience with telephony infrastructure and systems
