Technical Project Manager Mexico

Role Overview

Join Qantev as a Technical Project Manager in a full-time, remote position based in Mexico. You will oversee end-to-end implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements while working across Technology, Product, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the end-to-end client IT delivery portfolio from design to implementation
• Ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements
• Capture and document client strategy, operational processes, and business rules
• Communicate client requirements to Technology Teams
• Support software application design, including data schema modeling and process workflow development
• Manage resource planning and client-facing technical delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Expertise in Agile methodology (ideally in fast-paced/scale-up environments)
• Extensive experience managing SaaS-based projects, including software integration and development
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and application software engineering concepts
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technology development deliverables
• Robust understanding of AI and ML algorithms, including their applications and limitations
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, and similar tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Proactive, collaborative approach

• Experience deploying Deep Learning Framework
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
