Role Overview

Lead complex, post-sales B2B SaaS implementations for a fast-growing AI software company serving major insurance carriers. This Technical Program Manager role focuses on coordinating implementations, managing customer success, and enabling product adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead complex post-sales B2B SaaS implementations (~12 weeks duration)
Work directly with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
Own delivery, coordination, and technical execution end-to-end
Make meaningful decisions that impact customer success and product adoption

Requirements

5+ years in TPM, Solutions, Implementation, or Delivery roles
Experience leading multi-team SaaS/PaaS implementations
Strong SQL + coding ability (any language; JavaScript is a plus)
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
