About the role

Role Overview

Join Stormshield as a Technical Leader for Node.js and React.js, positioned at the heart of technological innovation and data protection within a 34-person team organized into four sub-teams working in two-week sprints.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise: Select appropriate technologies and co-build the technical roadmap
Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support for the team's technical skill development
Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges while serving as the primary technical contact point

Team Context

You will join the MUM team (unified SaaS cybersecurity solution) managed by Nina. The team includes 34 people across developers, QAs, Technical Leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and support specialists.

Recruitment Process

Initial conversation with William (recruiter) about your background and collaboration
Phone interview with Nina and the architect to discuss team operations and role vision
Technical interview with Nina and future team members (development exercises)
HR interview with Audrey to present Stormshield's benefits and company overview
