Role Overview

Join Dataiku as a Technical Account Manager, serving as a strategic partner to high-value clients. You will manage project milestones, drive technical integration, and serve as the central technical point of contact for client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify priorities and develop customized engagement plans
• Manage project milestones, contribute to deliverables, and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks
• Serve as the central point for client technical information and contribute to account strategy
• Support Field Engineering team growth and assist clients in integrating the product into their systems
• Drive client success through technical guidance and ongoing support

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Linux system administration
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI/ML platforms or data engineering tools
• Project management experience
