Role Overview

Join Bluecoders as a Freelance Tech Recruiter and work fully remotely. You'll manage tech recruitment missions end-to-end with autonomy while benefiting from a community of experienced recruiters and a curated client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete tech recruitment processes for strategic client projects, from client qualification to closing
• Develop and grow your own business portfolio while accessing clients brought by Bluecoders
• Share and leverage your candidate network with other community recruiters to maximize placements
• Partner directly with clients on their tech hiring needs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a tech recruiter (in agencies, freelance, or as an internal recruiter)
• Track record recruiting for tech roles: developers, CTOs, Engineering Managers, DevOps, Data specialists, etc.
• Ability to manage complete recruitment processes independently
• Strong client relationship skills and consulting mindset
• Entrepreneurial drive with desire to build your portfolio
• Rigor, autonomy, and energy to perform in a flexible environment
• Passion for technology and tech industry knowledge
