Tech Recruiter & Account Manager H/F [Full Remote Possible]

Role Overview

Join The Product Crew as a Tech/Product Recruiter & Account Manager. You'll be responsible for driving recruitment success from understanding client needs to selecting top talent and supporting candidates throughout their journey. You'll also manage a portfolio of startup/scale-up clients and nurture the company's talent community.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Leadership: Drive end-to-end recruitment from brief to closing, define and challenge client criteria, build search strategies, and source top profiles
• Client Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a client portfolio of startups/scale-ups, challenge their needs, provide product/tech insights and advisory
• Talent Community Nurturing: Engage with The Product Crew's talent community (15K members), identify relevant career opportunities, and create exceptional candidate experiences

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience with:
  • Significant recruitment experience in an agency setting (ideally startups/scale-ups) OR
  • Strong experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Skills & Mindset:
  • Driven by performance, impact, and results
  • Fast execution: organized, rigorous, autonomous, excellent time management
  • Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, deep understanding of challenges
  • Action-oriented, not theoretical
  • Excellent communicator with continuous improvement mindset, open to feedback
  • Passionate about the startup/tech ecosystem and understands its culture
  • Knowledge of Product/Tech roles or willingness to become an expert quickly
