Role Overview

Join 360Learning as a Tech Lead Developer Experience, leading technical excellence and developer productivity for your product squad in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical topics within the squad, delegating to appropriate team members as needed
Coach and mentor developers in the squad, conducting performance reviews and supporting career development
Improve and maintain the CI/CD pipeline, build processes, and development tooling
Set up and optimize the functional test environment
Implement tools and processes to support AI-assisted coding and modern development practices
Work directly on the codebase to drive technical improvements

Requirements

Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure
Knowledge of testing frameworks and functional testing environments
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and modern development workflows
Ability to balance hands-on coding with team leadership responsibilities
