TeamLead DevOps

Overview

As a Team Lead DevOps within the Infrastructure team, you will guide, support, and develop the team responsible for the functionality, security, and performance of our cloud environments. You will foster a DevOps culture by promoting collaboration, automation, and reliability at scale, enabling the team to achieve operational excellence while supporting the growth of our Linx platform and new SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of systems administration and security specialists
• Design, plan, organize, and coordinate infrastructure projects including software upgrades, data migrations, and technology implementations
• Drive innovation by adapting infrastructure and practices to meet development team needs
• Participate in meetings with developers to analyze and understand requirements
• Improve infrastructure automation, ensuring smooth and efficient CI/CD pipelines
• Execute deployments of solutions and manage the deployment process
• Enhance monitoring and observability tools to detect and diagnose technical and security issues
• Collaborate closely with development, support, security, and compliance departments
• Continuously improve performance and stability of environments
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture reviews, and knowledge sharing
