Overview

Convention-based internship position for a Product Owner/Scrum Master for 1-2 months starting April 2025. Full remote opportunity to support the evolution of Confledis Web Apps platform within the platforms and solutions department.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Scrum Implementation: Plan and execute sprints, organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, planning poker, backlog refinement)
• Team Support: Assist project teams in problem-solving and identifying solutions
• User Story Preparation: Prepare and verify user stories for backlog refinement to ensure completeness for analysis and estimation
• Project Platform Management: Manage and animate Jira, Confluence, and Gitlab; track work progress, ensure deliverable quality, and apply best practices
• Quality Assurance: Test features as they are delivered, identify issues, and provide feedback for improvements

Requirements

• Education: Bac +2 minimum (diploma level) in business school, engineering school, or university with specialization in Information Systems, Project Management, or Digital
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools
• Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Soft Skills: Responsibility, ethical conduct, and professional approach

Nice-to-Haves

• UX-UI competencies and mockup design skills
• Passion for meaningful projects and strong motivation

Work Arrangement

• Duration: 1-2 months (April 2025 start)
• Format: Full remote
• Support: Will be paired with a tutor/mentor for training and guidance
